Lust List

Some dresses I am absolutely obsessing over for work attire..

{Donna Karen $2,195; Preen $2,195; Catharine Malandrino $395}

{Moschino Cheap & Chic $750; Michael Kors $1,395; Oscar de la Renta $1,890}

{Lela Rose $1,095; Michael Michael Kors $250; Yves Saint Laurent $1,490}

Maybe, just maybe, when I'm the boss one day and not the assistant ;) I'll be able to splurge on one of these beauties..

Tues-DIY

DIY project this week..

Painted glass jars!

These will be so easy to make!

Painting the inside of the glasses gives the color more depth...

Or add a few drops of puff-paint for texture.

Voila! Country chic.

Come Run, Come All

Monday, July 4th, 2011

Today is the 41st consecutive annual Peachtree Road Race, the largest 10k in the world...

with a total of 60,000 runners and 150,000 spectators, right in the heart of Buckhead...

This will be my first time running, my brother's 2nd, and my dad's 15th...

Collectively, the runners will burn 34 million calories, and drink 120,000 gallons of water...

Get outside, enjoy the time with your friends and family, and celebrate today!

Happy Fourth :)

That Sweet, Sweet Southern Moon..

Georgia clay, Georgia peaches.. whatever comes to mind when you think of the capital of the south, you can't deny that there is something special about this place.

Home Sweet Georgia on my mind!

P.S. - That Georgia On My Mind print can be purchased here - I ordered mine last week, can't wait to get it!!

I am going to start playing the lottery every day for the sole purpose of winning this apartment in Paris..

 Oh my goodness, I die. Just die.

And while I'm at it, winning millions of dollars, I'll also take this house in Buckhead (which just so happens to be about a mile from where I live)..

Loving this color combination...

Puppy Wisdom

A dirty puppy is a happy puppy.

My little Luke is 11 months old now! Hard to believe it was almost a whole year ago that Danny surprised me and came to Auburn and put this little ball of fluff on my doorstep!

Sleeping in front of the fridge. Typical.

 A tired puppy is a good puppy.

Lukie playing with Marley, who is now 6 years old!

I love this dog!
